About the Course

The CA qualification is highly sought after across government and private sectors. CAs play vital roles in audit, taxation, banking, finance, and corporate governance.

Course Structure

The course is administered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and consists of three primary levels:

  • CA Foundation
  • CA Intermediate
  • CA Final

CA Foundation

The Foundation level includes four subjects. After registration, students can appear for the exam. A minimum aggregate of 50% is required to pass.

CA Intermediate

After Foundation, students progress to Intermediate: six subjects organized into two groups. Exams can be attempted separately or together. A minimum of 50% per group is required to pass.

Articleship & ICITSS

After clearing Intermediate, students undergo a 3-year articleship in a CA firm to gain practical experience. ICITSS training is mandated during this period by ICAI.

CA Final

Alongside articleship, students prepare for CA Final. As per ICAI, examinations are conducted twice a year (May/November). A minimum aggregate of 50% is required to pass.
